The top portion of this site is for active and historical incident communication and notification. You can subscribe to notifications in your preferred method.

System Metrics
This section utilizes the SolarWinds Pingdom system to provide trusted third-party system to system uptime and response metrics to directly update the status page. Note that while a metric may indicate a downed service or application, redundancy and high availability are configured and many times the end user will not experience the outage, but the system check may have been lost (via routing changes) or depending on the server it hit, may be in a stateful drop. If there is a customer impacting event that has been confirmed an incident will be created in the top section in and backdated accordingly.

Service Level Agreements
The System Metrics section should be used for any historical and real-time SLA metric reporting. In the event there is ever a situation where metrics for the last 30 days may be close or over the defined SLA thresholds a more detailed report will be added to this site with more thorough metrics from the Pingdom Service. This is a high-level snapshot view of our metrics reporting that can be expanded as described below.

Expanded Metrics for SLA Reporting
This following links point to our third-party system metric provider, Solarwinds Pingdom. These links are provided for further, self-service, SLA metric review and comparison month or month. Note that since this system is a system to system check there are times Pingdom may show an outage, but it is not reflected in our statuses for our components. This is often due to general network failures (ping failures across the internet) or due to scheduled deployments that we do not account for in our system availability statuses as they are too miniscule to matter.

Update - Nominal network traffic levels have leveled off. Due to the nature of networking connections, please ensure you completely close your browser, clear your cookies, and cache.

Update - A second issue was identified, and a fix implemented. Traffic is being re-routed and we are hearing reports of the application loading as intended. We are considering this degraded while users are re-routed. Please remember to clear your cookies and cache.
